i skip the chocolate and it still came out very tasty

Easy Fried Eggplant
it's an ok basic recipe, but too much to fix, i marinate the aubergine with salt and pepper and top melted gouda cheese before serving. oh and mind the oil else it will be soggy.

Salsa II
phew, this is what i called spicy, love it! it really burns my mouth!butnext time I cut the jalapeno half the recipe otherwise my guest wouldn't touch it.
