Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

Use 1 egg, add 1 c flour, add 1 Tablespoon baking powder, grease pans well! If topped raw, bake on 425 for 15 min or more. I added salt to the dough because I made my own pizza sauce without salt. This made 1 "medium" sized pizza- OR- 3 individual sized pizzas! Tested and approved by both adults and teenage boys and girls! Great simple, no-yeast recipe!!

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

Perfect, not gooey cobbler! I turned oven off at 45 minutes and let sit in the oven for 30 min, then cooled in the dish. The ensured the bottom was not doughy. I cheated and used a pie filling- next time fresh fruits will be great!

Scottish Shortbread II

Bake for 20 min, check for done-ness. Let cool COMPLETELY before cutting- minimizes crumbles. GREAT shortbread!

Agree with other reviews- needs more moisture- and I almost trippled the spices! I think applesauce vs oil would be the defining moistness I'm looking for.

White Bread For The Bread Machine

First loaf was good, second loaf was a mini loaf though I followed the same recipe (?) Other than that, good, simple, dairy free recipe. Kept in zipper bag, in fridge for 2 weeks!
