Doubled the recipe for a family gathering. Because there were several youngsters in the group, I didnt use quite as much garlic or cayenne pepper as the recipe called for and a did not add the hot sauce at the end, let everyone add their own - but it was a big hit. Next time I think I will add some tomatoes and maybe if just us and no little ones, some chili peppers but this will definately be served again...and again.

My 17 yr old son used this as a guide but instead of salsa he used pico de gallo and also some fresh lime juice. It is GREAT and even made a second batch to share with one of my best friends who LOVES guacamole but is a fast food junkie. She called before I made it back home from delivering it to tell him how tasty it is.

My 17 yr old son, who is NOT a picky eater and often cooks for the family was very skeptical about this recipe because of the cottage cheese which he told me SEVERAL times he HATES....but he LOVED this dish. My husband also really liked it even though for 18 yrs he has sworn to not like anything remotely like this. This is a winner for us and not only will we make it often, I have already sent it to everyone I know and highly recommended they try it.
