Cook for my family every night. Wife works late and I have dinner ready night when she gets home. Mom was a only child and great cook, She taught me if you want something good to eat it takes time, Never get in a hurry. Cooking out, I have a Tec grill that will get to a heat level of 1600 degrees same grill all the high end steak houses use really fun to cook with. Tailgating everyone wants to know how it gets better every week. I suck at cooking bread always burn it, need help!!!!!!
