Pineapple Pork Chops
This was good, but I think next I will marinate the pork chops first .. the taste of the sauce which was good.. the pork didn't seem to pick up. I used crushed pineapple to give it some texture.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
This was wonderful.. I bought thin chicken breasts.. which I think were probably a little too thin, so I think I pound them next time. I added more garlic.. and low fat sour cream, definitely a keeper
