Black Bean Hummus with Tahini

I thought the tahini overpowered everything else. I think it will work well with veggies. Too salty to have with chips or crackers.

Artichoke Spinach Dip

I used 16 oz of spinich and only 1 8 oz container of sour cream, and it was still wonderful!

Acorn Squash with Sweet Spicy Sausage

Tasted excellent. It would be a perfect fall meal. It was not filling enough on its own, though. I should have fixed rice or something to go with it.
