I LOVE to cook, I regret the fact that I never consider myself quite talented enough to take it as a carrer, but they'll always be cooking involved in my life, somehow I'll manage to make it work ;) Desserts!, pasta & I kindda suck at breadmaking but trying! Prepared a Christmas dinner for a friend of my mom´s about 2 years ago 'it was for her in-laws- and they love it! The menu was a cheese, vegetable and ground lamb beef gyroll, a stock of ham seasoned with Mexican Adobo, caramelized roasted nuts and stuffed baked mushrooms plus coconut shrimp as appetizers. There was one time when I was just starting to bake, the first time I made a cake from scartch, it turned out as a brick, I was soooo embarrased and my brother laugh his head off when he saw it, asking me if I intended to build a cabin or what! Now that Im pretty good at baking I find that memory really funny.
