I am a 39 year old wife and mother of a great 16 yo dd. I love to cook great things for dinner! DD can get very particular and likes a wide variety of foods so I have to rotate my menus often. She hates to see spaghetti or tacos on the menu more often than every other month or so! My mom's pies are the pinnacle! I would love to learn how to bake pie crust like she does! Christmas 2007 I baked a pecan pie (Pillsbury pie crust, unfortunately) and I've perfected peanut brittle. There were many when I first started cooking!
