Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
I made this for back to back Easter diners. The kids who come to my house are very picky. They loved it so much I was worried I would have to bake the other one for them and make something else to take to my parent's house. My step mother is watching her weight and loved that this did not have a lot of cream. The only thing I changed was that I sauteed the onions and added cheese to the top of the one I made for the kids.

Spaghetti Pie III
I am NOT rating this a a replacement to my baked ziti or lasagna recipes. I am rating this all on it's own as a completetely differnt meal. I have made it twice, to rave reviews both times. I made it exactly as stated with the omission of peppers as a personal preference and because I never have them on hand. I think I did add bit more garlic, again because that's what I like not because this recipe needs it per se. Again, if I wanted to make this as a lasagna I would have been disapointed because it doesn not taste like that but for it's own merit it is a wonderful and easy dish!

Sweet Mustard Chops
Fabulous! I did not marinate them over night but I basted with the marinade as I grilled them. I'm sure they would have been even better if I had soaked themover night. The only changes I made were based on what I had on hand. Dijon mustard and cider vinager.
