Apple Butter I
Have used this recipe for several years and it's a NO FAIL recipe. I've learned that a couple of hours before I take it off, I take an electric mixer and whip up any large pieces left and add a few Cinnamon Red Hots which improves the color.

Buttermilk Pancakes II
These are really good, just tried them for the first time today. Next time I'll add a tablespoon of cornmeal for a little extra texture. The texture is light and fluffy. Highly recommend!

All Day Apple Butter
This is a really good recipe. It really perfumed the house while cooking and smelled better than any type of air freshner. I used winesaps and about 3 and half cups of sugar. The amount of spices is just the correct amount and the color of the end result was perfect as was the taste.
