Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce
Great recipe! I left out the coriander but otherwise I followed the recipe almost exactly. I had no problem with them falling apart, but I did add a little flour because the mixture seemed a bit wet. I also drained the yogurt for an hour or so before making the sauce, and added a bit of lemon juice. It was perfect! I eat it on a pita or flat-bread with lettuce and tomato, yum! Even my husband liked it, and he doesn't like chickpeas.
