Jerre's Black Bean and Pork Tenderloin Slow Cooker Chili
This was amazing!! I did substitute a can of corn for one of the black beans because I love corn in my chili:) and had fresh cilantro, shredded cheese and sour cream for garnish. This was such a hit with my hubby he asked me to make it to take on his annual hunting trip! Very high praise for him:D

Polish Cabbage Noodles
Loved the cabbage and onions, the texture with the noodles was a little bit different for me and hubby. We ended up eating all the cabbage and only half the noodles:) Served this with chicken apple sausages but it would have been fine without.

Raspberry Cake
A little too dry.However I refrigerated the leftovers and ate them the next day and they were amazing! Moist and sweet but not soggy. I think maybe I needed to refrigerate it all day instead of just a couple of hours. Also I made this with 8" rounds.
