Easy Peach Cobbler
This was a delious dish! The only complant we had was the amount that the recipe yeilded. We'll do better next time.

Eclair Cake
The dessert is awesome! It tastes good and it's very easy to make. It won the "creamiest" award at the church bake off. The only suggestion I had was to leave the cake in the refrigerator for closer to an hour before icing it. I found that by doing this, the cake cooperated more.
