Grilling, last year was the first time I grilled anything and I do it when ever I can now.
My cooking tragedies
Once I cooked biscuits and I was serving them w/ seafood, so I tried to give them a little lemon flavor... well they were cooked to perfection. Until I tasted one it was like eating a lemon w/ salt on it. awful and sour, maybe a little less lemon and salt next time.
