About this Cook
I am a Texas born woman, who moved back recently after 2 years away, one of those in Florida, then proceeding I lived in Arizona. I am really glad to be back here in Texas. I am an avid online gamer, and currently play a variety of different games. I am a huge DALLAS STARS fan (1st), but a lover of all things hockey too (2nd). I will applaud a goaltender on the other side, while cursing him for stopping us. I do not like the Ducks or the Red Wings. Nothing about them. I hate them both with equal passion as my love for the Stars. My favorite Stars are as always, Marty Turco #35, Brendan Morrow #10 (get well soon we miss you!), Brad Richards #91, James Neal #18, Toby Petersen #17, Nicklas Grossman #2, and Loui Eriksson #21. I'm a pretty outgoing, outspoken person. People who just meet me either love me or hate me. I always make friends where ever I go and I love that. People tell me I bring them out of their shells :) I'm a bit on the sarcastic side, and sometimes narcissistic. Currently

Deviled Eggs
I don't like deviled eggs but whenever I've made these, they don't last long. At the holidays my family (kind of big) ate almost 2 dozen of them in less than half an hour! Big hit! For a little extra I add some cayenne pepper to some of them just sprinkled on top.

Perfect St. Patrick's Day Cake
I remade this cake and put up a picture. I didn't follow the instructions completely, hence the oversweetness the first time. However if you follow the instructions to the LETTER, this is the BEST chocolate cake my family has ever eaten. I don't use the parchment paper, but I used a flour based cooking spray (works and doesn't stick).

Cinnamon Sugar Butter Cookies I
These are so good. If you bake them at 275*f and wait until the edges are just about golden on the bottom to pull it out. So then just let them cool on the pan. I would also recommend greasing the cookie sheet lightly to help prevent the sugar mixture from sticking to the pan.
