I was never able to get it to taste like I remember growing up from my local italian bakery in new jersey Pastrami like the new york deli makes,I think its the water. and true new york pizza, i come close and my family thinks I am crazy b/c its the best the have eaten but it doesnt measure up to your local new england pizza shop in my eyes
