Creamy Kielbasa and Potato Soup
Very easy and quick and can add so many different vegetable to change it up. I used corn, carrots, potatoes, spinach and onion. Very good and hearty with crusty french bread. My husband and son loved it and asked me to make again.

Peanut Butter Bars I
These take me back to elementary school. We would get these twice a week for desert at our lunch. These are wonderful and so easy to make. Everyone loved them and asked for the recipe. Thank you Nancy for the recipe.

Tater Tot Casserole II
this recipe was okay. I added onion,celery,can of green beans and some shredded carrot to the meat mixture. I think it was still too much potatoe. I think next time I will add less amount of tater tots and more cheese on top.
