decent recipe. I substituted 1/4 cup salt for 1/4 cup seasoning salt. Also I reccomend marinating for at least 12 hours if not 24

Marinated Tuna Steak
Just a note, if you use sushi grade and like it rare, just cook for 1 Min each side on a hot cast iron skillet.
