My husband and I have been married for about a year. He's been a chef in quite a few restaurants so I've never had to cook before! Now that hes working longer hours, he's requested that I learn a bit more about it and try some new recipes. Uh oh!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
delicious! i am a beginning cook and my husband declared this "the best fish ever!". extremely easy, i'll be making this again next week!
