Unbelievably Awesome Barbeque Chicken Pizza
I really like this and I simplified it more by getting the tyson southwest chicken strips that are already cooked. It cuts down on prep time significantly for a quick meal.

Hearts of Palm Risotto
This was fantastic!! All I had was chicken broth, and I used jasmine rice instead and it tasted great.
