J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

I love these biscuits! They're soft and yummy. Taste great with sausage gravy first thing in the morning. I think I only ended up having to use a half cup of milk or so. The recipe did call for too much.

Italian Bread Bowls

At first I thought the bowls were going to be too small. When I put the soup in and got done eating, wow! I love anything in a bread bowl from cilli to alfredo to potato soup. Yumm!!!

Thick Cut-Outs

I tried three different sugar cookie recipes off this site. This one was the worst. Don't get me wrong the finished product tasted good, but the large amounts of ingredients wasn't worth it. The dough was hard to work with too. A good tasting cookie just not worth the hassle.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I tried three different recipes off this site and this one was the best. All three recipes tasted the EXACT same, but this recipe had the best dough to handle. I just took what I needed to fill up the baking stone and left the rest in the fridge. Even though I'm devoted to my Kitchen Aid, I didn't use it when I added the flour. The dough came out perfect! Wonderful cookies!

I don't have a jelly roll pan, but I decided to make these anyway. It took 40 min in a 13x9, and it turned out more like a cake. VERY good. A definate keeper in my house!

Zucchini Sticks

I marinated my zucchini sticks in italian dressing overnight first and used plain bread crumbs instead. They tasted fabulous, but I had trouble getting the breading to stick once I fried them. Nothing I tried seemed to work. Great dipped in ranch dressing.

Hunza Bread II

I'm really glad I found this recipe! I used my Kitchen Aid and got scared when the dough stayed incredably soft and sticky. I kept going without changing a thing and it turned out perfect. Actually, the only thing I changed was the first rise time. I waited 1 1/2 hours. I used two 9x5's and the bread almost poured out! It should've been three. Try it.

Easy Rhubarb Jam

I love this recipe!! This was the first time I've ever made jam and it came out perfect. I had to use strawberries instead of pineapple though. Also, I used two tsp. of gelatin and the consistency turned out great! A new favorite in my house! Thanks!!!

Syrian Bread

Wow! I made this recipe without knowing what syrian bread was. I was surprised when I took these out of the oven. This plain bread goes great with a soup or even pasta. I love it.
