Brownie Caramel Cheesecake

This was pretty good don't get me wrong. It's just not what I like in a cheesecake.

wow these are great! 2/3 cups milk i think was a bit too much. i had to add a little more biscuit mix. i also used a heaping tsp of baking powder. they came out so big and soft! i don't usually use a recipe that calls for biscuit mix, but i'm glad i did! i'll have to make and keep the biscuit mix recipe from this site.

Christmas Morning Cinnamon Rolls

These were not to bad. I doubled the cinnamon and brown sugar because I like mine really gooey. I'm still looking for the perfect cinnamon roll. I'll keep looking.

Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

These are great! I scaled the recipe down because I only had one package of cream cheese. I also left out the bacon bits cuz I didn't have any on hand. WOW! The peppers did come out crunchy, but I liked that. Froze the leftover so we'll se how those turn out. The only thing I might do different next time is dip them in the bread crums two or three more times to get a little bit more coating.

Monkey Bread I

This was pretty good! The only problem I had was I used grands biscuits and it took forever to bake! It stays soft for days when wrapped in plastic wrap and set on the kitchen counter.

Peanut Butter Kisses I

Wow! I love these cookies! They have a great flavor and are super easy to make. Who knew four ingredients could end up like this? Just don't overbake them or they'll end up crumbly and somewhat crunchy.

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

I thought this recipe was great. The only thing we didn't like was the pineapple being marinated with the chicken, but that's just us. Next time we'll just use it straight out of the can onto the grill. Also, I cooked the leftover marinade into a thicker sauce and spooned it over the chicken while it was on the grill like someone else suggested. Very good!

Yeast Raised Christmas Waffles

This is the best yeast waffles I've been able to find so far. They do have to cook for a little while longer than usual to get the outside really crispy like we want. I'll keep looking for the "perfect" belgian waffle, but will definately keep this one.

Really good flavor and texture, but my family and I still prefer the original. This is a perfect recipe for people who don't want the same 'ol, same 'ol. I guess we're just old fashioned.

Kathie's Grits Casserole

I loved this recipe. Unfortunately my husband doesn't like grits. Oh well. I think it would be nice to add green and red peppers and maybe a little bit of sauted onion too.
