Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes
This was good but I think it could be better with more vinegar. Next time I try it I think I will use 1/2 cup instead of 1/4 cup.

Sesame Green Bean Salad
This recipe definitely needs adjustments. I stir fried all the ingredients plus some ginger and it turned out ok. Needs something extra but I can't put my finger on it...
