Quiche Lorraine I
This was so light and so delicious, I will definitely make it again! I used spinach instead of bacon and half and half instead light cream. My crust was a store bought whole wheat which I prebaked for about 7 minutes at 425 degrees so I would not end up with a soggy bottom.

Apple Orchard Punch
I always get raves about this punch when I make it and I've had several people ask me for the recipe! This recipe is great made with the champagne!

Chickpeas in Tomato Sauce With Feta and Wine
This was delicious. I served it over spinach and lemon scented basmati rice. I did not include the oregano.
