This was a very quick and very easy recipe. I made it for a potluck and EVERYONE raved about it. I used fat-free mayo and sour cream and no one could tell the difference!! Will definitely make again.

Being someone who hates to cook but loves to slow cook, this recipe was wonderful! I put the ingredients together the night before and by morning my home had the wonderful smell of an excellent dish. I have shared this recipe with co-workers who give it a "thumbs-up." I have substituted chicken and it was just as good.
