Easiest Eggplant
Very easy and tasty. Next time I will cut my slices thicker. Will make again, kids loved it.

Strawberry Refrigerator Cake
Very good recipe. Didn't have the frozen strawberries so I used fresh strawberries added sugar and pureed them for the cake. It is a keeper.

Best-Ever Chocolate Cake
Made this for a birthday. It was so easy, I also added an extra TBS of cocoa in the batter. Frosting was so light and perfect for a summer dessert. This is a keeper.
