I love cooking fish. Always looking for new ways to cook salmon, shrimp, flounder, mussels and clams. Every holiday my family would have what seemed like a ten course meal. I come from an Italian family that loved cooking good food. I have lightened it up a little from what I ate as a kid, but the taste is still there. When I got married in 1992, I started cooking for the first time and I thought if you cooked everything on high heat it would cook faster. lol But to my husband and my surprise everything was burnt. I know it comes out well when I take my time and really feel like doing it. When you put your heart into it you will have success. As my nana used to say cook with love!
