The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have
Really delicious! Mine turned out really salty, though. I might use low-sodium croutons next time, as there is already so much sodium added by the worchestershire sauce.

Garlic and Dill Salmon
Really tasty and fresh - like it was made at a fancy restaurant! I made it for my new mother-in-law (scary!) and she was so impressed.

Chicken Puffs
Oh my goodness, these were AMAZING! Just be sure not to overcook them, or all of the filling absorbs into the pastry.
