Potato Soup Mix

I'm not quite sure how I feel about this soup. It tastes good but when I think of potato soup, I expect something super thick but this came out extremely runny using the ratio of mix to water that they give you. I ended up adding more mix to thicken it up but it's still pretty ruuny.

Pasta with Tuna, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, Lemon, and White Wine

The artichokes in my cupboard were sadly expired so I omitted them but will definitely add them next time. This recipe was simple and straightforward with loads of flavors. It will definitely be made again in my house, next time WITH the artichokes. As a vegetarian, I left out the tuna. The dish was still delightful.

Creamy White Wine Sauce

Waaaay too much salt! Next time I will use half. I ended up adding sugar to this to counter the salt a little and then it tasted ok. Will not make this the same way again next time. Other than the salt issue, this recipe is quick and decent but needs some punch to it.
