Simple Scones

Wow, first time I make scones and it was incredibly easy and yummmmmmy. Followed advise and used food processor. Super easy, fast, and delicious.

Dill Pickle Meatloaf

Needs some tweaking, didn't have enough flavor, and was crumbling. I will use bread crumbs next time and maybe add the topping in the meat like someone else suggested. But will try it again for sure as we love pickles.

Apple Bread

Vegan Apple Carrot Muffins

This is my new favorite recipe. My kids loved it. I ofcourse followed the needed tweeking, less baking soda and salt. I also omitted the oil, but next time I won't because the muffins stuck to the muffic cups. I used liquide egg substitute and added chopped walnuts. I used medium muffin cups, it made 36 muffins.

Thai Chicken Balls

Great, delicious. I used Turkey instead of chicken. I also grilled them instead of frying. I also doubled the Sweet Chili sauce amount. But the rest is the same.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Amazingly moist. I used shredded cheese. I added the shredded carrot and onion like another reviewer suggested. I will make it again for sure. Hubby voted it a YES too. Picky son loved it too. It's a winner.

New York Style Pizza

Great receipe for the dough, I made my own topping. The dough was super easy to make and very fragrant. Loved it, will be making it again and again.
