Pancakes I

This was OK. I like my pancakes fluffier. I added cinnamon and it still tasted bland to me. It still got 4 stars as my kids inhaled it. I will try other ones before I come back to this one. But I'm sure with some add ons it'll be a keeper.

Enchilada Sauce

This had a great taste, very easy to make, and will make again. I used less Chilli Powder worried that it may be too hot for us. But next time will put all 5 tablespoons. I will also make it cook a little less, it was a bit too thick by the time it came out of the over as I used it for Enchilada Casserole. Thanks for sharing Anna Marie.

Delish, will make again for sure. I followed recipe and it was great. I put 1 light layer of cheese between the zucchini and the sauce then covered with the rest of the cheese. I finally have a dish to make with left over zucchinis

Bill Clinton's Lemon Chess Pie

This was a great surprise. It looked strange as it was mixed, did not look smooth at all. I did not think it will be successful. Much to my happy surprise, it was amazing. I used 1 cup of sugar only and 3/4 milk, and added 1/4 extra lemon like someone else suggested. I had the perfect amount for a deep dish pie. It was delicious, will make again for sure.

Simple Scones

Dill Pickle Meatloaf

Needs some tweaking, didn't have enough flavor, and was crumbling. I will use bread crumbs next time and maybe add the topping in the meat like someone else suggested. But will try it again for sure as we love pickles.

Vegan Apple Carrot Muffins

This is my new favorite recipe. My kids loved it. I ofcourse followed the needed tweeking, less baking soda and salt. I also omitted the oil, but next time I won't because the muffins stuck to the muffic cups. I used liquide egg substitute and added chopped walnuts. I used medium muffin cups, it made 36 muffins.

Thai Chicken Balls

Great, delicious. I used Turkey instead of chicken. I also grilled them instead of frying. I also doubled the Sweet Chili sauce amount. But the rest is the same.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Amazingly moist. I used shredded cheese. I added the shredded carrot and onion like another reviewer suggested. I will make it again for sure. Hubby voted it a YES too. Picky son loved it too. It's a winner.
