All Day Apple Butter

This will be an annual recipe for sure! I put the apples in the food processor to chop them very fine. Also used a little less sugar and mixed brown sugar with white sugar. My son and his teen age friends CANNOT get enough--and they are a tough crowd! Thanks for the idea!

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Friends loved the sauce and plan to use it on other fish! Turned out well. Baked it at 400 degrees like others recommended and was done perfectly. Also let it marinate for 4 hours and wasn't overly done at all.

Banana Cream Pie III

Excellent! I did use one banana cream and one vanilla pudding as others suggested and used one cup fresh whipped whipping cream with little powdered sugar rather than cool whip. Just before serving I whipped up a sweeter whipped topping for the top and folks went crazy. Will definitely make again and again!
