Friends loved the sauce and plan to use it on other fish! Turned out well. Baked it at 400 degrees like others recommended and was done perfectly. Also let it marinate for 4 hours and wasn't overly done at all.

Excellent! I did use one banana cream and one vanilla pudding as others suggested and used one cup fresh whipped whipping cream with little powdered sugar rather than cool whip. Just before serving I whipped up a sweeter whipped topping for the top and folks went crazy. Will definitely make again and again!

Made them this morning...best muffins we've ever eaten! Forget banana bread, we'll make these anytime we have left over bananas. I did use 4 bananas as they were small and did add some vanilla too. It made 12 muffins for me perfectly!
