Roasted and Curried Butternut Squash Soup
Excellent recipe. The curry and cinnamon give the flavour depth without making it too rich, which is something I find with many squash soups. I left the brown sugar out, as my husband and I are "eating clean," and my mother-in-law said it was the best soup she's tasted. Very healthy and delicious-a great combo for nourishment!

Parsnip Chips
The healthier version Kirsten2006 mentioned in her review was just delicious. It's like eating guilt-free chips! I experimented with one batch, using some tandoori seasoning and a bit of sugar instead of the cayenne and it added another nice layer of flavour. I'm going to keep experimenting with different seasonings with this one. A definite keeper!

Cajun Chicken Lasagna
Good, however I found the flavour with the alfredo sauce to be quite overpowering and rich. If I make it again, I think I will somehow dilute the sauce. I also replaced the sausage with YVES Bavarian vegetarian sausage, and it worked out great. My husband loved it.
