Christmas Brunch Casserole
I love this although I usually double the bacon since we are big time meat-eaters! A breeze in the morning!

Mini Cheesecakes I
LOVE THIS! I make it in normal sized muffin pans with a THICK graham cracker crust that everyone loves! Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
