Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
I made these with my sister for our Italian Christmas Eve feast. They were delicious and very close to my grndma's recipe. I am giving this 4 stars rather than 5 because i made the first batch with lean ground beef and found them to be kind of tough. I made the next 2 batches with 80/20 ground beef and the texture was great. I used traditional Prego sauce instead of making our own (family preference) and they were a hit! Thanks!!!
