About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
Desserts, all kind of exotic food & of course Colombian food.
My cooking triumphs
I admire my mom's cooking very much. She is an awesome cook & sometimes is very hard to get a compliment from her. I like to cook for my family as much as I can, but my tastes are very exotic compared to the more traditional taste of my mom. So everytime I cook & she is surprised because it tastes really good & she's loving it, & then just lifts her eyebrows & smiles to tell me that is great... that's my biggest triumph.

Chocolate Black Tea Cake
This cake was fantastic!!! I used a black chai tea to enhance the flavors & put some mixed fruit on top. Made it for an award ceremony; It was gone in the blink of an eye!!!! Everybody loved it & i thought it was very easy to make. My friends even asked me to make some more for them! Definitely doing it again :D

Semolina Pudding
sooo delicious!!! easy to do, no awful smell while making it, & it tastes really good. Even my mother, who does not really loves sweets, liked it. Next time im going to try putting a hint of cardamom to enhance the flavor a bit. Definitely i will make it again.
