Split Pea Soup

This really hit the spot! The only thing I'd change is to cook it a wee bit longer...my peas and celery were still a little crunchy.

Orzo and Tomato Salad with Feta Cheese

Beautiful! Next time I will undercook the orzo for a slightly chewier texture. Other than that it was perfect!
