Smoky Mountain Chicken
Awesome. Used bacon in stead of ham... cooked the chicken tenderloins on the stove in bacon grease... used my husbands home made BBQ sauce...diced bacon and sprinkled over chicken.. top with cheddar cheese put under the broiler... delish!!!

Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip
We really enjoyed this one. Instead of a full cup of mayo I used 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup mayo. Also, I used 5 small jalapenos from my garden for a really fresh taste. Just popped in the oven in a baking dish (did not use a bread bowl) until bubbly and served with a french baguette. Delish... I'll make this next time I have company, if they like spicy.

Sweet and Salty Granola
This was a tough one. I really liked the flavor. Although the recipe says sweet and salty, I would not call it salty at all. I liked the combination of cinnamon with the walnuts. My main complaint was the oats are super chewy. I think it has to do with the fact there is no oil in this recipe at all. But that makes it healthier, so it is a toss up for me. Hence, the 3 stars. If I were to make it again I would add 1/2 cup oil, 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, and less sugar. I'll have to update after these changes are made. Until, then I will still enjoy this tasty, chewy granola that is not salty.
