Salisbury Steak
Yummy! I followed the recipe for the meat, but listened to people and added onions and garlic to the meat mixture and a bit more spices.
For the sauce, I used the french onion soup that was left over, a can of cream of mushroom soup, and I added sauteed onions and mushrooms to it with a package of Lipton's Onion Soup...does NOT need salt if you use the Liptons. Put it on top of mashed potatoes and it was awesome.
