Oyster dressing with turkey
My cooking tragedies
1st time I cooked a stuffed turkey with invited guests over, I have never made homemade gravy. My guest had never either. Well I acted like I was an expert and added about 2 1/2 cups of flour for the gravy. Needless to say, the gravy turned out like heavy mush. We didn't have gravy that day. Any way, I have learned how to make very good gravy since then.

Mom's Zucchini Bread
I've made this recipe twice now and everyone loves it! I add about a cup more zucchini, use half whole wheat and half white flour and instead of white sugar, use brown sugar. Yum!
