Quick and Easy Brownies
We LOVED these. They were super easy and i usually have everything on hand. Nice if you need to make a quick dessert for company.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
We loved this recipe. I did add a tad more flour and a tad more oatmeal. J would rather less oatmeal. I baked them for 11 min. They didn't spread out to much if i make them bigger i need to bake them 12 min.

Southwestern Pasta Salad
I made this recipe for out of town guests. I feel like it was supposed to have a kick to it or just more flavor. I was a little disappointed. I think next time i may try a taco seasoning pkg. I really liked the black beans and other vegies that were in the recipe. The seasoning is the only thing i would change.
