Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken
My fiance and I really enjoyed this. The only thing that took any time was marinade. I sprinkled the extra cheese and crumb mixture after I flipped it, this made it extra good.

Coaled and Tinned Trout
Overall good flavor, but too HOT! I'll cut back on the cayenne. I baked a huge filet at 400 for about 30 min before it was done.

Baked Spinach
I thought this was pretty bland. We like spinach, so I'll try it again with some addtions. I also thought the directions were somewhat confusing. How do you nestle beaten eggs anywhere?
