O.K..I had never tried a pickled egg before the thought of it sounded pretty good because I like pickled veggies. This was very good the key to this recipe is allowing the eggs to sit in the brine mixture so the eggs fully develop the flavor. I made these again today and added jalapeno peppers to the mixture.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Love this soup, very good the only change I made was to add a cup of cheddar cheese and jullianne carrots.

Tuna Fish Salad

Good recipe, I only added a tablespoon of mayo and added sweet pickles and cayenne pepper because I like a little heat in my tuna salad. Thanks for sharing.

Broccoli Beef I

I really enjoyed this dish, it's simple to put together and easy to adapt to your personal preference I added dried chili peppers and a little extra soy. Very good thank you.
