Baked Slow Cooker Chicken
Sorry but I cannot give this recipe a 5 star rating. I used a 3 lb whole chicken and took the skin off (suggestion on another member)and found that after 6 hours the chicken was very dry. I would cut the time almost in half and keep the skin on next time to keep the chicken moist. I was very disappointed in this recipe
