This was simply delicious!! Best ever. I quickly seared the chops in a pan on high heat to get that golden color and taste. I also added another cup of stock per eveyone suggestion. I used bone in chops which made it super rich. I also cooked for 5 hours on high. I will certainly make this again.

Super Easy, and super delicious. I actually made it with ground turkey, turned out great. I grated some garlic and onion in for more flavor when cooking the meat. I left out the half and half too and added more stock. I also added corn and a squeeze of lime to each bowl. Wow, so good. Better then restaurant style.
