Baked Ziti with Sausage

Cheesy and delicious! My husband loves Ricotta, and this was perfect... it didn't make the dish too heavy. As I can never follow a recipe without modification, I added orange pepper and spinach... delicious!!!

Rainbow Cookies

Sooo good!!! Just like some other individuals, I am from NY where I would purchase these cookies. No one has heard of them in Texas! They are delightful!
