Ratatouille
This was great. I didn't use any cheese at all - just the vegetables. I thought it was flavorful enough on its own.

Easiest Spicy Cod
Yum! The flavors really work together. I didn't measure the salsa - just used enough to cover the fish.

Spiced Naan
I liked this a lot. I didn't cook the filling as long as I was supposed to (it just seemed to be getting too cooked), but it ended being tender enough. I served it with vegetarian mulligatawny. Sweet and spicy - great mix. Thanks!
