Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
Delicious, this was the first time I have ever made a roast chicken, it turned out great, it was falling off the bone so it made it easy to cut up. There were a few spices I didn't have so I just substituted some poultry seasoning, and let it sit overnight in the fridge. Will make again!
