Delicious, this was the first time I have ever made a roast chicken, it turned out great, it was falling off the bone so it made it easy to cut up. There were a few spices I didn't have so I just substituted some poultry seasoning, and let it sit overnight in the fridge. Will make again!

Lovely, made it for a dinner party and a pot luck and it was a huge hit at both. While I have made it with baby spinach, I prefer using Mache, which is delicate and light, perfect for spring and summer.

Very yummy, and very easy to make. I used a non fat vanilla yogurt and cut the oil down to 1/3, and they turned out lovely.
