Irresistible Pecan Pie
I believe this is the first pecan pie i've ever made but will definately make it again. Easy and very tasty.

Fresh Rhubarb Bread Pudding
Simple and delicious. Not to tart but the rhubarb adds a nice tart twist. I'll pass this one along and definately make it again.
