AMAZING!!! I brought this to school (I'm a grad student) the next day for people to try the left overs... I have passed the recipe around to several people now!!! My only addition would be to use an extra 1/2 cup of bread crumbs to thicken it up. Even though I added enough for it to stick together and not be stick, it was still not enough to hold them together... STILL AMAZING!

It was a good recipe but lacked a bit of flavor. I ended up adding extra cumin for a kick. Also, the amount of liquid is not enough. After the specified cooking time, the liquid was absorbed and wasn't really a stew anymore. It is a great base for making it your own.
