Easy Baking Powder Drop Biscuits

this is a great recipe...i was looking for a rolled biscuit recipe though....so I only put in 1 cup of milk, and i had run out of butter so i used tenderflake lard. I also added a bit more flour till it came together into a soft dough. Awesome!!!!

Midnight Moon Cake

The only good thing about this cake was that is was very chocolatey.... It was okay but it was a bit dry and stuck to your throat as you swallowed. Definately went down better with icing.

Minestrone Soup

I loved this soup...I cut up a package of honey garlic bratwursts and browned them first to add som meat to it, (husband and kids are big meat fans)and then added the rest of the ingredients. It was nice and thick. Perfect!

Black Beans and Rice

This is such a good recipe! It had the right amount of heat! Although next time I make it, I will have to cut down on the heat so the kids will eat it...

Beef Barley Soup

So I never really followed the amounts in the ingredient list but It still turned out great...It's one of those perfect soups that you can't mess up! I could wait for supper and am eating it right now...soooooo yummy!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

What a yummy cookie!!!! I followed all the ingredients except I added dried cranberries, and I didn't chill the dough, cuz I like flatter cookies. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside...perfect!!!!!!

French Bread

Awesome Recipe!!!! Perfect blend of crusty outside and chewy inside. The only change I made was to add 1 tbsp of sugar to the water and yeast to proof first, and I added 1 tbsp of butter into the flour and crumbled it first...then added wet to dry. My family loves when I make bread and usually the first loaf is gone as soon as if comes out of the oven....this one was no exception! Thank you!

Banana Oatmeal Cookies I

WOW!!! I have to start off by saying I HATE banana's, but these cookies are sooo super moist and soft. It's like I'm eating a mini banana bread only 10 billion times better. The only changes I made are adding pecans instead of chocolate chips and changed the cloves to 1/4 tsp of nutmeg. YUM!!!!!
